This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the 88200 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 88200 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user") and 88200 ("platform"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The 88200 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are legal residents of Malaysia. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this requirement will be terminated immediately.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

To use 88200's services, you are required to create an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. 88200 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 88200 support team immediately. The platform will not be held responsible for losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities

Users agree to use the 88200 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software or methods to access or scrape platform data without written authorisation.
  • Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including the unauthorised use of another person's payment card details.
  • Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Registering using a false identity or misleading information.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
  • Transferring account funds to another user without platform approval.
  • Disrupting, damaging, or placing an unreasonable load on the platform's infrastructure.
  • Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.

Any violation of the above restrictions may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, and 88200 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

Payments, Transactions & Fund Management in MYR

All transactions on the 88200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and may change in line with current policies. Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the stipulated timeframe, depending on your chosen payment method.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals will in most cases be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. A one-time identity verification is required for your first withdrawal. 88200 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security verification purposes if suspicious activity is detected on the account. Funds involved in an active investigation will not be released until the investigation is concluded.

88200 is not liable for any additional charges imposed by third-party financial service providers in connection with your transactions. All game outcomes are final and completed transactions cannot be reversed.

Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Limitation of Liability

The 88200 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 88200 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from gaming activity.

Account Suspension & Closure

88200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account with or without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of a competent authority. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to a refund of any funds involved in the fraudulent activity.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the 88200 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 88200. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written authorisation.

Third-Party Links

The 88200 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 88200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

88200 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes shall be resolved through the courts under Malaysian jurisdiction.
